Create a parent support group and CHI-India consortium (consisting of expert healthcare professionals) to promote awareness amongst families and healthcare professionals through national conferences and seminars as well as government supported programs.
Design patient information leaflets (in different vernacular regional languages) to provide uniform adequate care as well as ease of access to information.
Identify and support potential centers of excellence in the country to expedite the diagnostic services in terms of genetic evaluation, imaging as well as treatment modalities.
Foster genomic collaborations with international organizations as well as genetic centers to promote research collaborations in identifying and characterizing the functional novel gene mutations.
Promotion and supporting clinical trials for availability of newer investigations and treatment modalities so children and families in India can get access to newer therapies.Â
